How Integration Works

1. Transaction created in Prosessed AI

2. Data is sent via API to NetSuite

3. NetSuite records and processes data

Setup Integration

Step 1: Configure API Access

• Enable NetSuite API (SuiteTalk / REST API)

• Generate:

  • Account ID

  • Consumer Key

  • Consumer Secret

  • Token ID

  • Token Secret

Step 2: Connect in Prosessed AI

1. Go to Settings → Integrations → NetSuite

2. Enter API credentials

3. Save connection

Step 3: Configure Data Mapping

Order Sync

When a Sales Order is created:

When payment is recorded:

• Payment is updated in NetSuite

• Invoice status is updated
