Stock Reconciliation

Adjust and correct your stock levels to match actual physical inventory.

It is typically used when:

  • There is a mismatch between system and actual stock
  • Stock counting is done manually
  • Initial stock is being entered

Use this feature when:

  • You perform physical stock counting
  • You find stock discrepancies
  • You want to correct inventory levels
  • You are setting opening stock

How Stock Reconciliation Works

Instead of adding or removing stock manually, you directly set the correct quantity.

The system automatically:

  • Calculates the difference
  • Adjusts stock accordingly
