๐Ÿš€ Overview

OrderIT makes it easy for your sales team to quickly create sales orders and generate invoices directly from their mobile devices.

This ensures faster order processing, reduces manual errors, and keeps your backend system updated in real time.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Creating a Sales Order

Follow these steps to create a new order:

1. Open the App

  • Launch the OrderIT App

  • Login if not already logged in


2. Select Customer

  • Tap on Create Order

  • Search and select an existing customer

  • Or create a new customer if required


3. Add Items

  • Browse or search for products

  • Tap on items to add them to the cart

  • Adjust:

    • Quantity

    • Price (if permitted)

    • Discounts (if applicable)


4. Review Order

  • Verify:

    • Items

    • Quantities

    • Total amount

  • Make any necessary changes


5. Place Order

  • Tap on Place Order

  • Order will be saved and synced with the system


๐Ÿงพ Creating an Invoice

Invoices can be created directly after placing an order or from existing orders.

1. Open Order

  • Navigate to Orders

  • Select the relevant order


2. Generate Invoice

  • Tap on Create Invoice

  • Review invoice details:

    • Items

    • Taxes

    • Final amount


3. Confirm Invoice

  • Tap on Confirm / Submit

  • Invoice will be generated


๐Ÿ”„ Sync & Status

  • Orders and invoices are automatically synced with the backend

  • In offline mode:

    • Data is saved locally

    • Sync happens once internet is available

  • Ensure pricing and stock are synced before creating orders

  • Discounts and pricing edits depend on user permissions

  • Always review order details before submission

  • Invoice generation may depend on company workflow
